Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Proven experience in sourcing talent for BPO roles, including volume and niche hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Workday, or similar systems).
